The Umrah visa process from India is straightforward when done through an authorized travel agent. Here is the complete step-by-step process:
Contact a licensed Umrah service provider like Heba Al Safar. Provide your passport details and preferred travel dates. The agent will guide you through the entire process.
Submit passport, photos, vaccination certificate, and other required documents to your travel agent. All documents must be clear, valid, and properly attested.
Your agent will book confirmed hotels in Makkah & Madinah and air tickets. These booking confirmations are required for visa application.
Register on the Saudi government's Nusuk app (nusuk.sa). This is now mandatory for Umrah. Your agent will assist with this process.
Your travel agent submits the visa application to the Saudi consulate or through the official online portal. Processing generally takes 3–7 working days.
Once visa is approved, you receive your e-visa. Carry a printed copy along with all documents. You are now ready to travel!
Select your preferred departure date. Book at least 45–60 days in advance for best availability and pricing, especially for peak season.
Choose between economy, standard, or premium packages based on hotel proximity to Haram and meal inclusions.
Share passport and required documents with your agent. Ensure passport validity and name spelling before submitting.
